For many CPA Candidates and accounting students, taking the CPA Exam can be one of the biggest obstacles to overcome when entering the profession. Often, candidates are not sure if they are truly prepared to sit for each section.

To provide more transparency into exam-readiness, SCACPA and Surgent CPA Review have partnered and combined resources to offer a FREE simulated CPA Exam section of your choice on Thursday, June 3.

This is open to SCACPA Student Members and CPA Candidates. The goal is to simulate the experience of taking the CPA Exam using actual multiple-choice questions and simulations laid out according to the Uniform CPA Examination Blueprints.

Not only will you experience a simulated exam section from the comfort of your own home during this four-hour session, you will view your exam results in real-time. Those results will help you understand how prepared you are to sit for the actual exam. Candidates will receive their ReadySCORE and a diagnostic report showing areas of strength and weakness that are aligned with the CPA Exam Blueprints.

To register for this FREE event, complete the registration form below before Friday, May 28.

The AICPA has released its new CPA Exam Blueprint, which outlines the format and content of the exam. Following a deep review of the topics covered in 2019, the Final Practice Analysis provides insights into the changes to the current exam. Melisa Galasso, SCACPA’s Advisor and Speaker on A&A topics, walks you through what you need to know. This update is much smaller than the expected impact of CPA Evolution, which will overhaul the structure of the exam.
