Members depend on SCACPA to be the strongest voice for the profession in the State, to protect and to promote the value of the CPA credential. We do this with an eye on the future, always looking beyond the status quo to identify new ways of providing value to our members.
CPAs are highly skilled professionals who apply their talents in many different fields of business. SCACPA serves CPAs so they can excel in professional environments, provide top-level service to their clients and industries and establish themselves as the most trusted advisors.
The role of the executive committee is to act on behalf of the Board during the interim time between Board meetings. The committee is comprised of the Board Officers and the CEO. This committee provides a conduit between the membership and the SCACPA staff.
The Board of Directors is the governing body of SCACPA. Board members are responsible for overseeing the Association’s activities and act as liaisons to chapter leadership. The SCACPA Board is comprised of members throughout the state with a diverse set of skills and talents that represent the diversity of our membership.
The SCACPA staff executes on the vision of the Board. They are here to serve the profession and members of the Association well into the future.
