The AICPA Tax Policy & Advocacy Team has created a list of suggested administrative, filing, and payment relief for state and local taxpayers in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
This compilation, approved by the AICPA Tax Executive Committee, includes suggestions and ideas that can be used when meeting with governors, tax revenue departments and local officials to help craft fair and reasonable rules that can help reduce the complexities for both taxpayers and state and local tax administration agencies.
The AICPA is also continually updating the state tax guidance chart.
