Objectives

After completing the course participants will have the ability to determine the proper Forms and Schedules to file, apply tax accounting rules to the tax-exempt entities, properly report compensation on the various Parts and Schedules and complete the most commonly applicable Schedules.

Major Subjects

The program will provide an overview of important aspects of preparing the Form 990 for tax exempt entities including: selection of the proper Form, reporting revenue and expense for tax-exempts, completing the governance information and accounting for compensation on the various Parts and Schedules.
