Content Specialist Gregory has been a source contact for an upcoming newspaper report on the effects on South Carolina of not conforming to the Federal tax code.

We, along with Copper Dome Strategies, continue to monitor Conformity Bill H. 5162; introduced by House Ways and Means Committee Chair Brian White (R-Anderson).

CEO Chris will be going to the Piedmont Chapter Student Night this week. It will be great to promote the profession to these students and get them to join our association.

IT and Communications Assistant Jeff has continued to work on a motion graphic promoting the Spring Splash Accounting Conference.

Jeff has also been working on the graphic design for the folder that will contain the membership information as well as a dues invoice.

VP of Membership and Communications Lisa has been redesigning the wording and structure of the dues invoice portion of this folder.

The Communications team have all been given a portion to update of the dues invoice packet.

The team also continues to create promotional materials for the Spring Splash.

The SCACPA Board of Directors has approved a partnership with Clemson University’s tax course offerings! This will boost CPE by about 16 hours in every chapter!

Staff is gearing up for the May 3rd Town Hall. This will be an open dialogue about All-Inclusive Membership.

CPE Manager Renee has finished securing speakers for Spring Splash! She is now working to add more sponsors.

Membership and Communications Coordinator Jasmine has been in contact with all Chapter Officers to get ballots created and then approved to send out to chapter members.

She is also working to add in an article on how to use SCACPA Connect in the Chapter Communications guide.

Membership Experience Assistant Brook has been creating a Central Chapter postcard with upcoming events.

There will be a new employee joining the SCACPA team soon. She will be helping the CPE Department.
