SCACPA and AICPA will recognize the following 2011 Women to Watch on November 17, 2011 at the Women in Leadership Conference being held at the Embassy Suites Hotel & Conference Center. Make sure you are there!

Experienced Leaders:

Emerging Leaders:
Amanda S. Colgate, CPA – Godshall & Colgate, LLC, Columbia, SC 
Sherri L. Freudiger, CPA – Sherri L. Freudiger, CPA, PA, Myrtle Beach, SC

 

Experienced Leaders: Defined as one who has advanced to a higher level or leadership position within the organization. Titles include, but are not limited to, partner, owner, elected official or appointee, executive, etc.

  1. Authorship of articles
  2. Major or unique contribution to the profession Public and/or community service
  3. Mentoring other professionals (more heavily weighted than other criteria)
  4. Improvement to the workplace
 

Emerging Leaders: Defined as a professional who has made significant contributions to the profession and her community, but who has not yet reached the highest levels of advancement.

  1. Public and/or community service
  2. Demonstration of leadership
  3. Contribution to the profession
  4. Creation and implementation of unique initiative(s)
  5. Involvement with alma mater or other local colleges and universities

2011 Women in Leadership Conference

The 2011 South Carolina Women to Watch will be honored on November 17, 2011 at SCACPA's Women in Leadership Conference in Columbia. The Women in Leadership Conference will offer networking and great CPE sessions such as Networking for Results and Six Steps to Keeping Yourself Motivated with Denise Ryan, MBA, CSP.
