2012 CPA Summit

Held November 1-2 in Columbia, this annual event provides members with a profession update, successes for the current year, and goals for the upcoming year. There is also the installation of incoming officers, recognition of outgoing Board Members, Student Recognition Luncheon honoring our 2012-2013 scholarship recipients and the semi-annual New CPA Oath Ceremony.

New CPA Oath Ceremonies

SCACPA, in conjunction with the South Carolina Board of Accountancy, presents two memorable CPA Oath Ceremony events each
year to welcome and recognize the achievement of the newest CPA licensees to the profession. These elegant events honor new
CPA licensees and bring together the SCACPA Board of Directors, the members of the Board of Accountancy, partners of CPA firms
and additional attendees for the occasion. Connect with the coveted audience of South Carolina CPAs at the start of their CPA
career and reach veteran CPAs who attend to honor their newest colleagues. The CPA Oath Ceremony events will be held May 2
and November 1.

Professional Issues Updates Package Sponsorship

These half-day programs are held in eight communities across South Carolina to update CPAs on professional issues and trends.
SCACPA anticipates reaching more than 900 members (24 percent) with this series in 2012.

Cities on the tour include: Charleston, Columbia, Florence, Greenville, Hilton Head, Myrtle Beach, Rock Hill, Spartanburg

Package includes sponsorship and exhibit space, plus:

2012 CPA Day at the State House

This event will offer members the opportunity to interact with legislators and strengthen their voice in the legislative area as
citizens of South Carolina. Join approximately 150 CPAs as they network with their legislators and celebrate the licensing of New
CPAs during the Oath Ceremony.
